Where you are from & what do you do?
I'm from Roscrea in County Tipperary, the home of the ancient game of Hurling...what could be more special than that! 

How do you enjoy spending your leisure time?
I love sport. I'm still playing Sunday League Football, at the age of 37 and I also play 7aside on the all-weather pitch twice a week. I support the Tipperary Hurlers and I'm a big Sheffield Wednesday fan. I love looking after my dog, taking her for walks out in Togher Woods. Love animals in general, especially birds. 

What’s your favorite time of day / year?
I love when the Winter is well over and the best of Spring has arrived and that first glimpse of a Swallow or House Martin that, for me, signals the begining of Summer. 

What your happiest memory?
My that's a tough question. First to spring to mind is being in Cardiff for Sheffield Wednesday's 2005 liga 1 play-off final triumph and also being in Croke Park last September for Tipperary's famous victory over Kilkenny. 

What is your biggest dream?
Fantasy wise, it would probably be to own a successful string of flat horses, real racing I mean. OR To have a job working with animals, in conservation maybe. 

Are you a good cook / what’s your favorite meal / drink?
I'm not too bad at cooking. I make a fantastic curry. Slow roast Belly of Pork is my favourite meal, followed by 2 gallons of Guinness. 

What’s your favorite colour / item of clothing?
Blue by a long shot. I have a shirt I love, it's blue of course. 

What was your favorite subject in school?
Maths. 

What’s your favorite horse racing event?
A deadheath between...The English or Irish Derbys and The Aintree Grand National and Cheltenham festival. 

What’s your favorite historical event?
The Big Bang. 

What’s your best tip for saving the environment?
Re-cycle, re-use and conserve. 

What’s your favorite song / book / television show / movie?
Raglan Road. The Tao of Pooh. The Wire. The Outlaw Josie Wales. 

Who’s your favorite television show / movie / actor / actress / writer?
Al Pacino is my favourite actor. 

What’s your biggest indulgence?
Too many to mention! 

What’s the best / worst thing you’ve heard about yourself?
No comment! 

What’s the one thing nobody knows about you?
Seriously?
If I told you that... 

What charity / cause do you feel most passionately about?
Homelessness and Nature Conservation. 

What’s your favorite part of virtual horse racing?
Building my stable from the bottom up. Starting out with some free horses, to currently having a few nice G2s in house. Onwards and upwards. 

If you won the lotto… I'd invest in those Flat Horses I dream about. Send a couple to Stoute, Weld, Oxx, Gosden, Johnstone et al.
