It doesn’t matter if your yearling is a colt or a filly, provided it is has strong legs ready to race!
- Yearlings will be available from 00:01 GMT on 12 July 2011 until 23:59 GMT on 31 July 2011.
- The sales ring defaults to 2Y horses, remember to select the 1Y horse.
- Yearlings have the same ability that they will have as 2Y horses.
ie. Ageing from 1 to 2 years has no affect on the horses’ ability.
- Yearlings are trained against 2Y training horses to gauge their abilities as a 2Y horse.
- Yearlings become 2Y horses on the first day of the new season.
- Yearlings can only enter races as 2Y horses in the new season.
- Racing, Claiming, and Auctions are only available for horses aged 2-7 years.
- Yearlings can be bought with bonus credits or cash, but using cash can get you some extra free horses.
Terms And Conditions
1. The promotion is open to all registered RaceClubs.com members aged 18 or over.
2. The promotion is open between 1 August 2011 and 7 August 2011 only.
3. The promotion only applies to 2 year old colts and fillies raced in any Grade 1, Grade 1 Low, Grade 2 or Grade 3 Maiden Juvenile races.
4. Members will get 20% of the race entry fee back in bonus credits each time 2 year old horses race in any Graded Maiden Juvenile races. The benefit of the promotion will be received for all race instances.
5. There is no maximum number of Graded Maiden Juvenile races which members' 2 year old horses may run in to qualify for the promotion. Current racing rules do however apply, i.e. a horse may race in only one stakes race per day.
6. There is no maximum number of 2 year old horses that may be raced in Graded Maiden Juvenile races to qualify for the promotion. Current racing rules do however apply, i.e. a maximum of four unique horses per stable may be entered per race instance.
7. There is no maximum number of times each horse may race to qualify for promotion, i.e. the same horse may run in more than one Graded Maiden Juvenile race and still get the benefit of the promotion for each race run.
8. All aged yearlings and new 2 year old horses bought from the sales ring, including those horses received for free as a result of taking advantage of the permanent sales ring promotion, will be eligible for the promotion, provided that the horses race in any Graded Maiden Juvenile races during the promotional period.
9. Graded Maiden Juvenile races for 2 year old horses created using the "Request A Race" feature which run will also count towards the promotion.
10. Rejected race entries and/or entries into races other than Graded Maiden Juvenile races do not qualify for the promotion.
11. 2 year old horses entered and inactivated prior to racing will not count towards the promotion. If a 2 year old horse is inactivated after racing in any Graded Maiden Juvenile race, it will still count towards the promotion.
12. Members may get an unlimited bonus credit payout for participation in the promotion.
13. The 20% rebate received in the promotion is in addition to the 500 runs rebate.
14. Bonus credits will be paid into members' RaceClubs.com accounts by 10 August 2011.
15. Bonus credits can be spent on horses, supplementary fees, stabling fees, silks and equipment but not on race entries, claimers or auctions.
16. No correspondence will be entered into.
17. RaceClubs.com reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the promotion if deemed necessary.
