Terms & Conditions

1. The Tipping Competition opens on Monday, 22 November, 2010 and will close on Friday, 26 November, 2010 at 15:00 GMT. 
2. The fee for one entry into the competition is £3.15 Cash. 
3. There is no limit to the amount of times you can enter, but each entry will cost you £3.15 Cash. 
4. Entry fees for the Tipping Competition will be deducted from participating member accounts daily. 
5. Tips from accounts that do not have sufficient cash available to deduct the required entry fee will be disqualified. Please ensure you have enough cash in your account to be eligible to participate. 
6. The cumulative amount raised from entry fees will be collected in a pool and the full amount paid in Cash to the top tipster(s) with the most correct predictions. 
7. RaceClubs.com is also sponsoring £315.00 in Bonus Credits, which will be added to the cumulative Cash amount raised from entry fees, forming the total combined prize pool of Cash and Bonus Credits to be won. 
8. The tipster(s) with the highest number of correct predictions will receive or share 70% of the prize pool, the tipster(s) with the second highest number of correct predictions will receive or share 20% of the prize pool and the tipster(s) with the third highest number of correct predictions will receive or share 10% of the prize pool. 
9. If there is more than one winning entry in each prize tier, the winning tipsters will share in the percentage prize pool equally. 
10. Prize pool standings will be announced daily while the tipping competition is open. 
11. RaceClubs.com will not take any fees out of the pool for managing this competition so the more entries there are, the bigger the prize pool will be. 
12. One tipster may have more than one winning entry.
13. Winning tipsters will be announced on Wednesday, 1 December, 2010 and will be profiled in RaceClubs.com's newsletter, Facebook and Twitter pages, as well as through an exclusive banner and article on RaceClubs.com. 
14. It is the tipster's own responsibility to keep a record of any tipping choices made.
