The Race Programmer has invested a personal interest in these horses that he considers to be the top ten horses of all time, not because of their wins or earnings but their incredible runs/wins percentage. It’s easy to win lots of money if you run a lot of races, and it’s also easy to win a lot of races if you run a lot of races, but keeping your runs/wins percentage high takes a little more finesse than running a three horse race with just your horses. 

These monsters have competed in over 14,000 races and enjoyed a phenomenal 44% runs/wins average. It’s not about racing them that makes them better runners but rather racing them competitively that makes them so competitive.
